"Shana Nelson has been my agent for 25+ years but for the past 15 years the service has steady decline. The communication and customer service in general are at an all time low . My calls rarely returned & when they do it’s after several days. I just recently spoke with Corless Hazard for a quote, she was very condescending, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.
